An upstairs floor at Faneuil Hall houses a museum with a wide variety of artifacts. This drum head references a an armed force dating to 1638, but a docent told me the actual wood shell on the drum dates to the 1800s. The proximity to the machine gun struck me as odd, but what do I know?
